This post is VERY picture heavy, we wanted to show you everything! It was definitely worth going, like every year (and apparently every Con!) San Diego Comic Con is the biggest around the US so, you can imagine what it feels like to be inside, on a super crowded convention center… Oh you don’t? Let us enlighten you…
See that? Inside, outside, on the stairs… Everywhere was crowded! The weather was so hot, and even so, people were still walking all over Gaslamp! The experiences from companies inside and out of the San Diego Convention Center were all really well planned, unfortunately to keep the city as congestion free as possible for after the Comic Con, on Sunday most of the outside sets were already closed and getting dismantled.
And then some more cosplayers! We think having the kids participate and actually enjoy it is one of the best things you can see at any Con! It’s simply so much fun to have a day to dress up and be who ever you want to be! And well, cosplaying does take a lot of skill and effort, just look at these other cosplayers! And let’s not forget it was simply SO hot outside! So that counts as extra effort.
After out first walk around the floor inside the Convention Center, we decided to go check out the Nintendo Experience at the Marriot Hotel, and we just had to snap some pics of us, because you really feel young when you’re there! Huge Yoshi egg? Mario Kart setup with a blue shell? A Donkey Kong barrel? Yep, we’re in!
And really, everything changes during Comic Con! Just look at these:
Oh and here are some of the things we got to see! From anime characters, movie icons, movie props, big statues, memorabilia, and so much more!
We even got to see Mr. Stan Lee!
As always, San Diego Comic Con was so much fun! We really enjoy going to different conventions, and this one never disappoints. Do you like going to conventions of any kind? Which one have been to? Or maybe you attended San Diego Comic Con 2016?
